Last time, Wuya was the first tickler to make it through to the Grand Final, but who will face off against her in the ultimate tickle battle? It’s all down to our second Semi-Final – a clash between the #26 seed Sandy Cheeks and the #6 seed Starfire!

Looking at Quadrant #2 of the bracket from the outset, all bets were probably on someone like Raven to make it out alive. But instead, it was a scrappy squirrel from Bikini Bottom who fought all the way through to this stage. Sandy Cheeks entered the tournament as a disposable #26 seed, and ever since then, it’s just been upset after upset after upset.  Terra – terminated. Nicole Watterson – no way. Gwen Tennyson – totally tickled. If there was ever any doubt that a furry girl could succeed at this level of tickle competition, then look no further, because Sandy is the only one still standing. This is a squirrel with a taste for tickles and a love for lewdness – but now she faces her toughest challenge yet.

The #6 seed Starfire is the highest ranked opponent that Sandy has faced so far, and now the only tournament veteran still in contention for the championship. The Tamaranian cutie has more tournament experience than anyone in the field, and a win here would see her tie with Katara for the largest number of victories. Starfire got to this stage by qualifying from Quadrant #3, fighting through a path that includes a victory over furry girl Amy Rose in the opening round. Past experience in fighting a furry should bode well for Starfire here, even though Sandy is much tougher than the numbers would suggest. Starfire is someone who lives and breathes tickles, and while she has great respect for Sandy’s performance so far, nothing would thrill her more than to reach the Grand Final and walk off as the brand-new Tickle Champion. This is the most important fight in her entire career.
