These guys sold out on Pulse (U.S.) before Hasbro sent the promotional email. I didn't even get a chance to decide I didn't want them. ...also Golden Lagoon Optimus is $30 cheaper on BBTS...that is if you don't want the new slip cover Fun episode Thew

As for the GPS question, swirliness in the plastic is the big tell. The bare plastic is particularly solid yellow, so no slow-motion death sentence for these guys!
