It's just so weird to me that they're so slavish to the Targetmasters themselves in Legacy when they didn't care at all in Titans Return or Siege. I HATE that so much of the paint budget clearly went to absolutely coating Zigzag in it when I don't even care about them (I only wanted Needlenose because of his IDW incarnation). Some of that budget could have been used on putting more of that beautiful metallic teal paint on Needlenose's shins on his chest vents, etc to make him look less plain. But at least Needlenose himself is pretty good!
