As the title says.


I remember tweeting something like "I have a good sleep method that can be done in 10 minutes" on Twitter before, and I got any response...


I know I'm a bit late, but please forgive me!



This is a technique that I have developed as a result of my own experience as a company employee...


Please understand that this technique is not suitable for everyone!



There are some conditions for using this technique...


1. When you are really tired.


2. When you are really sleepy.


3. When you have 10 minutes to spare (and a few minutes before and after)


4. When you can sit down (preferably in a round chair like the one in the picture, without a backrest)


5. When I have a certain amount of weight (if it is too light, I probably won't be able to get up).



I use this technique when I have time in the office!


I use this technique when I have time in the office! I use it rather often when I suddenly have to work late or when I did not get much sleep...etc.



The procedure is very simple...


(1) Stretch the body appropriately (2-3 minutes of stretching)


(2) Put the timer on your phone just in case (set it for 10 minutes somewhere on your clothes)


(3) Sit in a chair in a relaxed position.



Now here's the main point? Here it is...


(4) Insert the backs of your hands under both hips with the backs of your hands facing up


(5) ...sleep.


...and try it when you are sleepy, sleepy, sleepy... and in a really bad state if you don't go to sleep right away!



...And here's what happens...


While you sleep, your hands go numb under their own weight...


...and then one day...


...


...


"Snap!"


... and the body moves (i.e. wakes up)!


In some cases, it takes less than 10 minutes...!


In that case, stop the alarm in a hurry!



...and then...you'll seriously wake up and feel sharp!



By all means, give it a try!


However, there may be aptitudes, conditions, and environments, so please do so at your own risk!



Well...then...I'm going to experience "Snap!" again...


...I'll get addicted to that "Snap!" ...
