Notes: You can see that some shapes in the sketch are tweened manually, i figure its better to copy and paste every frame and manipulate joints by hand rather than letting a computer calculate it for me, some joints like the pelvis and torso of the male character initially started this way, but given the nature of the animation i had to do an additional layer and sketch out a more three dimentional motion to ... uh.... to make it look tight AF.
