Suggest a character who USUALLY GOES BAREFOOT!

EDIT: "The title says it all. They are girls who never wear shoes because their feet are too beautiful to hide them". I'm talking about characters whose usual outfits doesn't include shoes, that means that alternative outfits do not count. If they only wear shoes at certain times (because they usually don't), then that's fine.
