Ok, the picture of Alucarda is out, only the otoko no ko remain.

I had a big a delay working on the pictures, and it is because I have been experimenting with my art style again, while working on the pictures I discovered a few things that I'd like to use now and apply to my regular art, for example instead of the usual solid transition from the base color to the shadow, I found a way to make a faint blur between the two, the comparison is right below:

This makes the end result look very very smooth but still keeping the usual cel-shaded look, the disadvantage is that it makes it a bit more difficult to work with the picture to correct some mistakes and it takes more time and layers to achieve the effect, it still looks very cool though as it requires me to double literally every single color layer in the picture to achieve that look!

I also found a very cool posterization effect and I started applying it to several shapes, but so far it only looks good on skin, so for now on I want to add this effect to skin and use the regular blur on clothes and other objects:

This poster effect also takes even more time than the previous trick, but since it only works well with skin it's not a big deal lol.

Lastly I found a bug on clip studio while working with these effects, this bug made the picture look pixellated, and I kinda liked the results, however since this is a bug it made it very difficult to replicate consistently so I had to find an alternative way to do it, I did find a way to replicate it through filters though:

This effect doesn't look very well, but I can see some potential usages for it, I think I can start using it once I figure out how to make it look pretty.

So, all this fiddling with clip studio made me lose some time doing the pictures, I apologize for that, I'll be releasing them as soon as I have the chance and I'll be applying some of these things I learned to make them look more detailed. I hope you liked them and I'm open to feedback, if there's something you'd like me to try just let me know!
