A2 (Patreon)

This was one of the requests you made for me for this month!

The request was: Draw A2 wearing a jingasa and an oni mask.
For the mask I used Genji's Oni mask as a reference, tried several designs, from a full mask to a mask with nose but eventually settled with a nose-less facemask because I thought it would work best for her, I wanted to mimic her emotionless eyes like in the videogame but it wasn't turning out too well so instead I went for a more challenging look as if she's thinking the viewer is worthless for her. then I added  the scarf to make her look more Pop style Samurai-ish.

By the look of her hand you can tell that she is holding something even though there's nothing there, it is because as you may know, I kinda like to revisit old pictures and add new stuff to them, so I thought that if I practice drawing swords I can get back to this picture in the future and add one of the swords featured in the game resting on her shoulder, again like in a pop style samurai fashion.

I also tried using a different shading technique that's why the shadows look darker
