Hey folks!

My apologies for not posting an update in a while. It's been tough for me to keep up with communications lately – both due to my studies, my ongoing Anki 2.1 porting efforts, and a super exciting outside project that recently came up. There's lots of fun news to share, but I want to reserve diving into that in more detail for a separate post early next month.

With #ThankYouPatrons day upon us, what I wanted to do for now is to once again express my deep appreciation for all of you incredible humans out there. You have made it sustainable for me to keep building and improving all of these Anki add-ons that I so dearly love, and sharing them with learners worldwide. All of this would not have been possible with your support, and for that I'm forever grateful!

Happy to support you Glutanimate. Question: does the cloze overlap you developed for 2.1 port over to the Anki iOS mobile app?

Hey Richard! Really appreciate the support! So the mobile apps do not support add-ons, but any cards you create with Cloze Overlapper on your PC or Mac will also work on your phone/tablet. Basically: You won't be able to create new overlapping clozes on mobile, but you can review any existing cards. Hope that helps!

Hey Glutanimate. I just wanted to post and say thank you for all your work. I had to restart my computer today, and downloaded Anki 2.17. To my dismay, my hierarchal tags was not working.... (Anki 2.17) Just wasted 2 hours of study time trying to make it work and found that you released an update that fixed whatever this sidebar issue was (for others reading look here https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/594329229). Thanks so much for your work! Proud Paetron! I hope that bettertags will eventually see this update, but I'm just grateful that it's working again. Thank you!
