This looks awesome, you are our god and savior! May I ask if it is possible to add custom words to the vocabulary? I study medicine and I have lots of words in my cards that usually are marked as misspelled by vocabularies

Aw, shucks! Support for custom words is definitely something I would like to integrate at some point, but I'm not sure yet if it's going to be feasible. I will make sure to keep you guys posted if I make any progress in that direction :)
