Hey guys!

Today I'm happy to announce that BetterTags – a new add-on that overhauls the tagging system in Anki– is finally ready for general use! Starting from now it will be available to all Patrons in the Add-on Aficionado tier and up (for download links please see my next post).

I hope you guys will find the add-on just as useful as I did. For me it really revolutionized the way in which I use tags in Anki

As the development of BetterTags was largely funded through paid add-on work, I will publish it to AnkiWeb as soon as the pre-release testing is done.

To get you guys started with the add-on I've recorded a quick tutorial video that goes over its installation and basic use. A more comprehensive guide will follow with the general release.

If you have any thoughts or suggestions please let me know in the comments below. Any sort of feedback will be much appreciated!
