Update to Payment Processing (Patreon)

Hey guys!

So due to the way patreon was charging, er,, well not charging people... I ended up making a bunch of content that nobody ended up paying for. So I decided to change the way payment works to Upfront Billing, meaning you're now charged the day you sign up instead of a month later, and then on the first of the month every time after that.

I hope this is suitable for everyone because moving forward this is what we'll be using.
