Cartoony trans girl things (Patreon)

I drew these the other night. I feel like I'm trying to find some overlap between 80s-90s manga art and playboy cartoons of the 50s and 60s and make it my own.

I don't really know what for yet, but this is just a thing I keep finding myself experimenting with. there's something really compelling about how little information is in these drawings, how straight and simple the lines can be, but they have a lot of expressiveness at the same time.

I can't really be more articulate than that 😅 Maybe I'll figure it out in the coming months. Also, without realizing it I've returned to my original hiker girl palette with these. Funny how that happens!
