Ivy & Pine Roughs/ WIP final 3 pages! (Patreon)

Happy Monday everyone! I've got these last couple pages down the way I see them playing out. Had to make room for a little Park Ranger Poppy™ cameo.

There's always something tricky about ending erotic comics, or perhaps any story. The sweet spot for me is being able to make the gag at the end also horny so it doesn't have to totally deflate the eroticism of the story in general. I am pleased with this Poppy & Oak page for that reason and I'm trying to land somewhere similar here.

Every single comic is an interesting exercise in storytelling for me and one of the last things I'm working on, to hopefully show soon is  adding a bit of dialog narration on top of the action. I had this idea for how I could make a sort of recounting of events through the abstraction of a journal style social media post might be able to be layered on top of the rest of the action in a way that actually contributes something besides just "Ahh ohh oohhhh" might.

That said-- I love when other people write moaning and groaning so maybe I ought to give it a try. I really like for my comics to be able to work wordlessly but it's also an area I want to work on developing. SO stay tuned for that as I'll probably share it with you gold patrons as I'm testing it out, since you are my trusted audience and are pretty familiar with my work in general <3
