Monetization update: (Patreon)

Hello my lovely patrons.

I wanted to finally update you all on my plans to continue my Patreon now that a full time job will be taking up most of my time.

Q: What are you changing?

My goal is to move over to a "choose your own price" donation format. In order to facilitate this, I'm going to sunset the $5 Tum Tubber tier, and lower the price of the $3 Gutter Gut tier to $1. I will also be replacing the name of the gutter gut tier with something more befitting of a tier holding the entire Patreon up lol.

Q: Will I lose access if I'm a Tum Tubber tier patron?

As far as I'm aware, you will still be considered a Tum Tubber tier as long as you don't change your monthly price. But as this is all new to me, I'll work with you to make sure you don't lose access to anything. Which brings me to my second case.

Q: What about the discord?

The discord will be a bastion of sorts. Once you pay in to the Patreon, you get access to my discord. And if I've set it up correctly, you should never be kicked for cancelling your Patreon subscription. From here on out, I'll be posting art on both the Patreon and discord for all of those people to see, and then after a delay, it will go public on my other socials.

Q: So what does this mean for your art?

Truthfully, I'm not sure how having a full time job will effect my art output. To be perfectly pragmatic, considering my mental state of late, it's not looking... great. But I still want to doodle and draw and model things for you all in my spare time/when I get particularly good ideas. And I don't want to exempt any one who isn't willing to pay for art that is so sporattic or inconsistent.

Any donations would be much appreciated, it always feels good to know people like my art. But past the $1 entry fee (which also doubles as a way to vet trolls from joining the discord.) You should have Patreon level access! Any donations after that point is much appreciated, but not expected!

Q: What about commissions?

All commissions will likely halt until I get my feet on the ground. Future commissions aren't out of the question, but I really bit off more than I could chew with my first batch of commissions; I didn't even fill all my slots either. So I don't want to have that happen again if I can manage it.
