WIP Wednesday #6 (Patreon)

Hi Gang,

this week I have this fun little side project for you:
An armored container that is not so armored anymore.

For colors I went with my usual acrylic rust undercoat followed by hairspay chipping of London Grey for the shadows and Deck Tan.
Followed by an Oil blacklining with Shadow Brown from Abteilung 502.
Weathering was done with oil paints (Dark Rust and Light Rust by Abteilung) just like in the scatter terrain tutorial.
The decals are from the Cargo 8 Ridge Hauler transfer sheet.

Still need to add some ash and dust.

I kept the not damaged parts of the container fairly clean and intact to emphasises the battle damage. Really liking the contrast between the cold tones of the container and the warm rust tones.
Will probably order some more of these to bash them up. They are just too much fun and look great on the table.
