one of my favorite kdramas of all time. IU is fantastic in it, glad you guys enjoyed

IU and Kim Soohyun (The actor from Its okay) are like best friends. They've known each other for like 10+years and actually acted together several times. They often show support for each other e.g. IU cameo in his movie, him on IU's MV and this one. Its funny how I'm glad you like the drama. If you think IU's acting is great here, you should watch "My mister". she’s on another level in that one. A masterpiece that earned her many best actress awards including a nomination from Baeksang (korean equivalent to oscar). It has totally different vibe from HDL and typical kdrama (very raw realistic and dark). The drama itself also won best drama and screenplay at almost every award show that year. It was IU’s turning point in acting.

yeah, no. you started with the golden kdramas. you are really basing your rating on the best ones. there are a few more on that level but not many. To me the only matches on term of quality are hometown cha-cha-cha, all of us are dead (very different but as far as zombie shows go, it is literally the best one ive ever seen), crash landing on you, extracurricular (very slow paced, you wouldnt like it) and flower of evil (underrated af but more of a psychological drama). there are a lot of feel good ones but they are not good in terms of writing or storylines, just feel-good ones

"Vinenzo" is a really good drama too. And since you started watching Hyemileeyechaepa, you could also watch "My roommate is a Gumiho" the main actress is Hyrei. And it also teaches a lot of korean culture.
