Blueberry of the Wild WIPs (Patreon)

To celebrate the release of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom being released today, here are some previews of my upcoming Zelda Gumroad project! It's gonna be a ~40 page comic involving a harvest spell that backfires and ends up turning the lovely princess into a giant blueberry in dire need of being rolled to the wizard academy for help.

The pages above are the lineart and flat colors, but once it's all said and done I plan to go full steam ahead with the setting and lighting in this one, been practicing my shrubbery and grass and stone textures and all that. I've been chipping away at it on the weekends and I'm really happy with how it's coming along. I just hope TotK doesn't contradict my design for her! I'm digging the short hair, and I hope I got it right without having much reference!

Anyway, if you think these previews are nice, wait til you see what's to come. This all takes place just in the first half of the comic. They haven't even started rolling her yet. Even in that last one, she's nowhere near finished growing. 😳🫐
