Hello everyone.

Here we have our deadly bad girl Pandora testing out on a random jogger just how far back he can bend his spine around her massive glorious boobs before he breaks. The result: not very much. Why does she do this...? It's Pandora so its just for the giggles.

I didn't know Pandora is a speedster. Are there any others, aside from her and Rose?

In a way, they are all speedsters however not in the "I can run very fast" sense but in a "time manipulation" sense. Physically speaking, these women are much faster and more agile than normal people and among them Rose is the fastest (aside from the Adams twins since they are just OP). But there is a limit on how fast even Rose can move her body and how fast her reactions can be. They all have a second way of moving fast and that is by manipulating space/time around them in a way that time slows down around them to the point they can get the world to virtually stand still while they walk about. As in all things, some are better at it than others and the majority don't even know they can do it. They have to learn how to unlock it. Pandora is a third generation Metahuman so her mother taught her how to do it since she was a child, Rose can't do it yet and Sofia is also one who has mastered the technique.

So in summary, in a straight race, Rose wins. If they "timewarp" then its the one who can do it better who can move "faster". In this particular case with Pandora, she slowed down everything almost to a standstill and casually walked over to the guy and switched it off when she was about to grab him. From his point of view, she just appeared there out of nowhere.

That sounds like a pretty OP ability by itself. It's surprising that so few metahumans know about it.
