Estamos a 2 días de nuestro segundo aniversario y no hemos logrado la cantidad de personas que nos solicito la cervecería, que son 75. Hoy tenemos 45 depósitos para apartar lugar y temo que no logremos los 30 restantes. Si bien dudo que quieran cancelar el evento creo que quedaremos mal con el establecimiento, esto significa que estaremos perdiendo la posibilidad de tener más eventos en este lugar a futuro. Hoy a las 4:00 pm tengo una junta con los administradores del lugar, espero podamos llegar a un acuerdo que no afecte el evento. Éste tipo de situaciones son comunes para los organizadores, hay muchos riesgos en abrir nuevos espacios. Pero lo hacemos porque nos apasiona compartir el nudismo con los demás. We are two days away from our second anniversary celebration and we are no where near meeting the minimum of 75 people they requested. Today we have 45 deposit confirmations and I'm afraid we won't meet the 30 remaining they are requesting. I highly doubt the event will be put in jeopardy but I'm afraid we might loose the possibility of being able to have future events at this venue. Today at 4 pm I have a meeting with the administrators to see if we can work out an arrangement, I hope this doesn't affect the event. These types of issues are common for organizers but we continue to do this because we really enjoy sharing naturism with others, despite the risks of not being able to meet the demands of the venue.
