Really think I'm going to need to rework my commission intake after this batch. Taking on 6+ months work at once is just ridiculous. I just get so carried away wanting to make various large projects. I'm going to have to not take so many difficult ones at once.. even though it's going to upset me refusing some. Not sure how to go about it with Patreon though, since I don't regulate what people can choose to commission through there.

Well, one thing I can think of is to make the reserved spot "cost" more. That'd mean less people could effectively reserve a slot, without you losing out on your income. Because whoever is willing to spend the money for a higher tier, obviously have enough money to throw around. OTHERWISE, you'll just have to make a list, and say "I will accept THIS many people that have reserved slots, and then their slot will be invalid until everyone else on the reserved list has been picked." Some kind of rule could be made, whatever you feel works though.
