More expanding foam came in the mail today so I was able to finish casting the LifeSize Raichu head.

I used S-foam 50 from Barnes which is a very soft, squishy expanding foam made for puppets etc. The mould was 3D printed with pla.

Very happy with how it came out considering I had to do several pours to fill such a big piece. No super obvious seam lines.

The fabric (faux fur) should be here pretty soon so I’ll work on this project once my current commission is done.
