Dyed a whole bunch of purple for Tempest today. Using the following combos:

Fabrics:

Mauve

Raspberry

Dye:

Idye poly - 1 pack purple, one pack pink, 1/2 pack black.

Dyed between 2 minutes and 20 minutes. I always get such varied results as each batch of fabric is dyed. Each 1/2 yard of fabric takes out a certain amount of dye, making it less potent in future dips.

Struggling to pick which one is most accurate to her, since her purple varies so much from Mac to PC (from a fuchsia purple to a duller blueish purple). Anyone have the physical art book that can chime in?

Erm, assuming not struggling the same issue here as you have (seeing it on the computer screen distorting the color/etc) it looks like number 1 is probably the closest one? But... honestly if you used any of these they'd probably work. haha. they're already closer to her screen color than anything officially offered by minky solid.

4 or 5 look the closest/nicest to me honestly... I think whatever colour you do go with is gonna look awesome no matter what! But ahh those look the best to me personally!
