Capitalizing on the young fox's ignorance, the seductress Rouge uses certain tactics to elicit Tails's technical assistance breaking through security to steal the chaos emeralds currently held in a government facility. But when Tails doesn't get the reward he was expecting, he hatches a plan of his own.
