This was originally planned as a scene in NLB where Syd would go see her mom and she'd complain about her getting fatter which would be a realization that you can't just live your fetish without consequences from outside world. I ended up cutting it out because the scene wouldn't have been very enjoyable from a fetish-standpoint and Syd already had enough struggle with her weight gain so it was not essential. But the plan is we get to see both their parents in the sequel!
