Future Dropbox policy (Patreon)

Getting in the final stages of getting Dropbox set up. When I do, it will be with PDFs. I'm also considering having the files be encoded with passwords. Each month there will be new passwords, and I'll DM them to my Patrons as needed. If that's good with people, I'll be running things like that from here on out.
