Welcome to our ’Baking’ collection.

In this video we continue a six part series of ‘Cooking the World’

The ingredients for todays show are as follows:

  • 400g can chickpea's
  • Chopped garlic clove
  • Handful of flat leaf or curly leafed parsley 
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander (cilantro) 
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small red onion 

Kay and Dan both discussed dips to accompany your finished falafels although Dan eat them without dips and they were delicious! Examples of the dips we mentioned:
