Welcome back to our Sockoween Special ’Absolute Beginner DPN Sock Knitting’ series.

Thank you all so much for your excitement around this brand new DPN sock knitting series! We are so sorry we left it so long to update the original DPN series we produced back in 2016. It is though finally here and we are so thrilled you enjoyed the first instalment so much!!

In this second part in the series, Kay is back to show you how to knit your leg. Along the way she shares with you her special tips for avoiding ladders and talks you through the benefit of using a stitch marker.

Join Kay as she:

  • Takes a look at our progress so far
  • Talks through the process of knitting the leg
  • Shares with you why the locking stitch marker is so useful
  • Demonstrates and talks through why we are completing this course with five DPN’s
  • Shows you how to start knitting your leg and what to do if you want to lengthen it

I’m not a dpn knitter but determined to follow along and try it. I’m very surprised at how neat my stitches are and how much I’m enjoying it. Thank you Kay, you are a fantastic teacher 😊💗
