Good morning everyone!!

We are DELIGHTED to be back with some wonderful news! Yes, yesterday at 2pm GMT we broadcast our second ever live POP show. As promised, for those of you who don't have access to the Facebook Group, here is a recording of that show.

- A brand new and improved Bakery Bears News will be published week commencing the 6th of March 

- Episode 69 will be broadcast on the 3rd of March

Dan, I haven't heard exactly what your surgery was but the description of the abdominal scar is exactly like mine and if you, like I , had part of your bowel removed, you are recovering extremely fast. I had a partial bowel resection and was in hospital 10 days, had lots of pain and issues with healing for months after and didn't fully recover for nearly a year. And yes, fatigue was a big issue in those first months when my bowel was tying to heal and still process food. I'm so happy that you are doing so well. It could be your youth, too, that has helped. I was in my 60's when I went through it.

The Bakery Bears

Hi Paula! Thankfully my surgery was serious in a different way to yours, that must have been so tough!! My bowel was moved out of my body so they could access lymph nodes close to my spine at the back of my tummy. All I'm dealing with is the after effects of it being moved. You did so much more than me x x x
