Welcome to our 'Knitting Techniques & Skills' series.

Back in 2018 we published one of our most popular tutorials ever. Kay was delighted to share with you her jogless cast on for magic loop. Today she is so excited to return to share with you her go to jogless cast on for small circular's and DPN's.

Join Kay as she:

  • Shows you how to produce a seamless join in the round using short circular needles
  • Shows you how to produce a seamless join in the round using double pointed needles
  • Shows you an example of a hat knitted using the technique and one knitted not using the technique
  • Talks through why this technique is different to her previous seamless join video for magic loop

Excellent. But don't you need 11 stitches on the first needle and 10 on the last as you are passing one from first needle to last? I think you would have 9 on one and 11 on the other this way.
