I SO agree with you now about the Hedgehogs Sock yarn. To stringy and cotton like and splitting like mad and the colours bleed like mad when you wash it.

I am so glad that you enjoyed knitting with it Kay. LITG have a number of fingering weights, including singles but that one is a high twist and the shortest yardage so it is nice and plump. They have some DK and aran / worsted weights too. Their shop sells out quickly so if anybody is interested I I would suggest to follow on IG. Oddly, their shop does not take paypal so you need to use some form of credit card. And you can get cart jacked. Their webpage has the shops they sell to listed, some of these have specific colourways not available on the LITG webpage, so a nice little exclusive. They are based on a farm in Co. Cork and there was just two of them, unsure if they have expanded their workforce yet. Their colours are influenced by the seasons with some standard ones, of which Turf is one, and it sells out very quickly.
