Welcome back to our 'Binge Worthy Box Sets'.

We are delighted to return with our twice monthly box sets series. Whilst its super fun to knit along with a brand new tutorial series, sometimes you want to sink your teeth into something as your own pace. Here at the Bakery Bears we have got you covered with so many to choose from. You can find them all here

Today though we are looking back at a series which Kay produced in 2019. This is the perfect follow on for anyone who has enjoyed the challenge of knitting a pair of socks. In this special six part series Kay takes you through all the techniques you need to knit yourself a gorgeous pair of gloves.

In this first part of the series, join Kay as she:

  • Introduces you to the series and talks you through the book 'she' used
  • Talks you through the yarn she's using and discusses what you might use
  • Talks you through what you need to do before we see you for part 2
  • Reminds you that this is a series which covers the techniques you'll need to knit 'any' pair of gloves, so go ahead and select a pattern to follow before we see you for part 2

You can access the rest of the series below:

Thank you so much for watching and we'll see you soon with more!

I've had Ann Budd's book for ages and ages. It's wonderful for all the basics and multiple sizes.

Dan was laughing about knitting a glove fingers first; but there's a tutorial out there that does that! You knit the fingers leaving the stitiches live. Then you pick them all up and start knitting toward the cuff. It's a bit more technical than that... but that's the idea. :D
