The Great British Coastal Challenge 2022 - Walk/Run (Patreon)

Hello everyone!!

We just wanted to give you a quick update, we have now processed all the applications for the activity. If you have applied to take part and for some reason you haven't either 

• Had an email back from me, OR 
• Already been invited to a Great British Coastal Challenge team

We have just announced our brand new year long walking/running activity. Over the course of 2022 we are going to virtually circumnavigate the coast of England, Scotland and Wales. How would you like to join a ‘Great British Coastal Challenge’ team and join us all through this year as we race around the island ‘we’ call home?

If YOU would like to take part in our year long Run/Walk all you need to do is:

• Set up a free account with Runkeeper https://runkeeper.com
• Email me at hello@bakerybears.com or use the contact sheet on our website here https://bakerybears.com/contact/
• Within your email I need you to let me know the email address you have registered with Runkeeper, your Runkeeper username AND how many miles you normally walk each month
• On Runkeeper, throughout 2022, track all the activities you undertake, whether you walk or run, as a ‘run’. That’s the only way we can collect everyones miles
• If you use Facebook you would be most welcome in our Great British Coastal Challenge Runners/Walkers Facebook Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/amazonianwarriorchallenge (We’ll be changing the name of the Facebook group next week ;-)
• Once you have let me know that information, I will invite you into one of this years ‘Great British Coastal Challenge Teams'! Please note this could take up to the end of January 2022.

We will then race our way around the coast, starting in Yorkshire, then heading north through Scotland and on around the coast until we finish our race back in Yorkshire at the end of the year.
