To make this wonderful cake you will need the following ingredients:For the sponge:

• 50g/1 3/4oz Cocoa Powder
• 100g/3 1/2oz Baking Spread or Soft Butter
• 275g/9 3/4oz Caster Sugar
• 3 Eggs
• 125ml/4fl oz Milk
• 175g/6oz Self Raising Flower
• 1tsp Baking Powder

For the icing:

• 3-4 tablespoons of Apricot Jam
• 100ml/3 1/2fl oz Double Cream
• 200g/7oz Milk Chocolate
• 100g/3 1/2oz White Chocolate
