I would assume that wooden sock blockers would start to split over time due to been wet?

I had a thought while you were talking about the blue sock blocker not fitting Dan’s sock....not sure this would work, but have you thought about using the leg of the blocker for the foot of the sock? I don’t think you knit too long of a leg, so the foot of the blocker might work for the leg of the sock! If you give it a try, I’d like to know if it works! 😊

Ruth! Excellent idea! I come from the land of “Men with large feet” so I’m going to try your suggestion. Sure would be nice if someone would make blockers for big guy’s feet too.
