Absolutely love the process of the dyeing of yarn, have to say the blue was a great addition. I tried 9 inch circular needles and I found I had to ‘work’ at it to get my tension figured out and it just was not enjoyable. I like the analogy of the stick to finding what needle is right for you. Love how the Prairie socks look on your new color way. My Mom is from Scotland and I am a thrower as a knitter and she just cringes and tries to tell me how I should knit, I learned how to crochet first so thinking that the way I knit has to do wit how I crochet. But every time she gets a pair of socks, she loves them. You will find with the Moss Stitch that it is a tighter stitch so it draws the yarn vs. the granny blanket is a looser stitch so it expands the yarn. Depending on how you block the Moss Stitch Blanket you may find it stretches a bit but it is beautiful.
