Day 21 : We may be going away for Christmas, but it still needs to feel like Christmas at home too doesn't it? That of course means we need some festive treats.

Tomorrow its time for one final Christmas Dinner. Its a straight playoff between Mainsgill Farmshop Cafe (which we tried on Day 17) and Morrisons Supermarket Cafe. Who will win this epic battle, tune in tomorrow to find out.

I’ve never had picallili, but it looks similar to chow chow (I’ve only had home canned; not sure if it’s available commercially)

We can get chow chow commercially here in Canada. And th commercial stuff is actually pretty good

I make my own piccalilli each year ... it's nearly time (October 2020) for this years batch! I find it hard to share!! Hee hee 😆
