Ingredients
- 48-50 grams wholemeal breadcrumbs
- 100 millilitres/5 tablespoons whole or semi skimmed milk
- 85 grams salted butter
- 85 grams caster sugar
- 2 medium sized eggs
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 5 millilitres/1 teaspoon lemon oil
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar for decoration
- 250 grams puff pastry
