In this video we continue an eight part series of ‘The Bakery Bears Pudding Club’. This series contains our exclusive Gold Edition’s of each show. Ingredients 

  • 48-50 grams wholemeal breadcrumbs 
  • 100 millilitres/5 tablespoons whole or semi skimmed milk
  • 85 grams salted butter 
  • 85 grams caster sugar 
  • 2 medium sized eggs 
  • Juice of 1 large lemon 
  • 5 millilitres/1 teaspoon lemon oil
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar for decoration 
  • 250 grams puff pastry

Made this yesterday and it was quite a hit. Even the kids liked it and they are generally not keen on sweet things. The texture was really different from what I expected.
