Kays Ingredients

  • 1 cup/237 millilitres warm milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon dry yeast 
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 3 cups/360 grams Plain Flour (All Purpose Flour) 
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter 
  • 1/4 head cabbage finely chopped 
  • 3 hard boiled eggs 
  • Salt & pepper to taste

My grandma was from Russia and her favorite was cabbage rolls. My mom uses to make a separate batch for the kids without the cabbage. Now I love cabbage and eat the whole cabbage roll!

I just made these for dinner and they turned out great , never had them before but will make again going to try different fillings
