In this video we continue a six part series of ‘Cooking the World’

For today's ingredient's you will need:

For the biscuits

• 175 g plain flour
• 3 tablespoons custard powder (If you cant get custard powder use the same amount of cornstarch but also add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract)
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 50 g unsalted butter
• 50 g vegetable shortening 
• 3 tablespoons caster sugar 
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon milk

For the custard cream

• 1 tablespoon custard powder (For those who cant access use same amount of cornstarch but add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract) 
• 100 g icing sugar
• 50 g unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon boiling water
