Great reaction! Such a good Jinx episode. I think the way they are doing the musical montage intros (which Im loving) really helps with the time skips, they catch us up quickly and in a fun way. I loved this ep, seeing Jinx in a big sister type role is so different from season 1 and seeing her spin on being a "big fat hero" was so fun. Poor girl needs a hug, the scene of everyone touching her shoulder was so touching. I love Sevika, can the writers let her keep her dang arm on for more than one episode tho?! lmao she has the worst luck with that. I love that even without her arm shes a great fighter. I know she gets a lot of hate but she remains one of my favorite characters. We saw a glimpse of the monster in season 1 Ep 9. It was very brief so easily missable, its in the montage after Jinx shoots the shark bazooka at the council.

1000% agree with everything! And I admit to changing my opinion on Sevika. Just an amazing job by the writers to maintain the established identity of each character but show us there is waaaay more to each of them!

It is interesting that with all of her plotting, Ambessa completely missed the importance of Jayce and Victor to her achieving her goals. When she instigated the attack on the memorial, she made a deal with the chembaron who specifically had a grudge against Jayce. He was almost killed several times. With Victor already off the table at that point, her hextech ambitions would have been completely fucked if that had happen.
