Whee, you're here! This is the one I've been so looking forward to seeing you react to :D I don't think it's as godawful as some people say but the concept of stealing someone's brain is hilarious xD Not as ridiculous as I remember, I'm a little disappointed lol

Yay, season 3! We're moving along. I'll be bummed to run out of these episodes to come watch with you, but while I will definitely re-visit a lot of them, I may have to start checking out more of the Sci-Friday movies. Keep those coming as you are able! I like it here :)

Spock didn't know more than McCoy. He scanned the archives so he ended up remembering all of it.

To be fair, they were told that there wouldn't be a season 3. However, when the fandom outcry was overpowering, they suddenly had to scramble to bring back everybody. Some went on to other acting and production gigs, some had vacations, etc etc. So in a mad scramble, they had to get it up and running and I guarantee you it wasn't smooth at all. There also was a huge rift between Gene and Fred Freiberger, a big 60s-70s producer. With that clash, you can imagine the chaos that ensued in writing and production.

Honestly I can't imagine. There is a VERY different feel to the Q and A research I'm doing for Season 3 compared to 1 and 2. I figure that will only intensify as we get into the later episodes. Thank you so much for the info, my friend!

Two things I love about this reaction: 1)How you're not even the first reactor I've heard refer to Nimoy in this episode as "Remote Control Spock" 2)A random reference to the 90's. Was that a deliberate nod to Everything But the Girl with your comment about the desert missing the rain :)
