Kauffmann Desert House (Patreon)

A Patreon supporter recently asked if I could take a stab at creating a mid-century minimalist house. I decided to recreate a famous Palm Springs house called the Kauffmann Desert House. This is a very loose interpretation but I’m really happy with the results. I’m happy to share this build here. Please note that fully-furnished it relies heavily on CC. I’ve compiled a complete list and included it here. No CC is included in the download files and you will need to download it all separately.

There are two ways to download this lot:

• Download the tray files here and add them to your Electronic Arts > Sims 4 > Tray folder
  
• Download it from the Sims Gallery (user: simplisticsims4 – make sure you have CC checked).

The house was designed to fit perfectly in Oasis Springs on the 40×30 lot in the bottom, right corner of the map.

Note: I'm offering this immediately for free without early access because it relies heavily on the work of other CC creators.
