Welp I completely forgot to announce the winning suggestion for the commission competition (though in my defense I've been writing so that's pretty good). There were a lot of great suggestions for what would be in store for an unlucky tomb raider, but the suggestion I decided to write comes from "The Phoenix and Cat." Their idea of a mischievous imp that messes with the main character and puts her in humiliating situations hits a lot of my buttons and I'm sure it'll make a fun little short. It was definitely a hard decision though since there were some fun ideas.

I'll put out the winning story when it's all written so everyone can read it as a bonus. And I'm looking forward to the next competition. Might do something in October since I'm a huge fan of Halloween. If you have any suggestions for story prompts you'd like to see feel free to brainstorm in the comments!

Story prompt: The main character has been having difficulty sleeping, so she tries a guided meditation recording as a sleep aid, but it works too well, and the first thing she hears upon awakening she takes as a command or truth. Maybe that'll be a song lyric from her phone alarm, or a line from a show or movie, or something else... that's what the contestant suggests.

I think you picked the perfect idea for your writing style. Awesome. Okay so this time is it a sorority’s Halloween party and the president brings a new “guest” to help set up the party. The guess entrances everyone with scented candles, one by one as they sniff them. The entranced girls start taking jokes literally.

I actually really like that. Everyone can suggest what she hears upon waking and how it leads to kinky results, and bonus points for how innocuous the sentence can be in it's own show or commercial

Something with a Shapeshifter of some sort. Perhaps a Witch who will give herself to the individual who can get they key from around the neck of her ‘pet cat’. Twist one: trying to capture her cat is the wrong method - befriend it. Twist two: no one realizes she’s a Witch, and IS the cat. (Can’t take credit for it too much, got it from Tumblr). Alternatively, similar idea, but with a Kitsune...
