her canon size is the one of on her ner ref. sheet and no she wouldn't get bigger than this, she still wants to get around and do stuff herself. it's more likely she can get smaller but with her metabolism, she will not get thin again. If you look at there background story you can see she wasn't very happy because she had to starve herself to keep a slim waist. c:

I have a general question about the universe of your sona/ocs. Does this take place in a fantasy modern day sorta thing or does it take place in a different time period? (1800s, 1920s, etc.)
