Chinese new year :WIP 1: (Patreon)

I know you guys mostly voted for personal art but I couldn't figure something nice out. So I kind of made an in-between of both options. It's not a Fanart because this character doesn't exist and it isn't an OC of mine but I think it can also count as personal art. cx

and yes I know Okiyama is a dragon too but he wouldn't do stuff like a Parade, he is complicated. :/

And I don't think you guys mid a big chunky dragon. :)
