Tiers Updated! (Patreon)

Alrighty, everyone, the tiers have been fixed up and re-published. 

If you're on a higher tier, going down to anything lower should be fine since Patreon only charges the difference when going up.

If you're on a lower tier (pretty much just the old $1), don't move in to a new tier until October 1st so that way Patreon will do all of the charging next month instead of the difference this month and then another charge for next month's payment.

If you've decided to end your support via Patreon, I am sorry to see you go but thank you for all that you have given. :>
