Introducing the last of the OCs for the time being, my newest cow girl! :>

Her name is Penelope but prefers to go by Penni and signs the 'i' with a heart.

She's a short and cute monster girl!

I will also get her personality info and everything as soon as I can. It's currently written rather messily in my book which shouldn't be seen by anyone until I clean it up.
