Since no one is pointing it out. The way Senshi prepared that parasite is the EXACT way one prepares Japanese eel, called unagi, and it is delicious. Shame is that it is both expensive and rare considering that overfishing made Japanese eel an endangered species and they are hard to raise in fish farms as well.
