a nice little detail added in the final opening, near the end of the opening when Kaguya and President is standing back to back in the dark room we see Kaguya holding something with a clenched fist, but in this last episode they changed it and she now opens her hand showing the heart shaped trinket she intended to give to him (also symbolic of her opening up and showing her heart/emotions/love and all that)
